Let's make a "baking in salt" fan club!!
I bake food in salt all the time, I don't need a special occasion to do so, but BUT
Lamb is strange meet. It so tastefull but it can gets really stinky ( I mean this distinctive heavy smell of lamb) very easily if it's not roasted well or if it has the wrong herbs and ingredients...
As for turkey, I like it Isa but turkey needs a lot of help and imagination to taste well.
