Default Wild Ducks

I love fall. These made some great eating. Two Mallards, one male one female, and a Canvasback. The males were a little skinny but the female was pretty good sized. All weree extremely lean and made real good eating. Anyone here like fresh game?

Nice ducks Kuan.

I also enjoy game birds. But I have never hunted in my life
In my neck of the woods we have over 10 variaties of pheasant. Most are for the pot,but the rainbow manes are tender.Plenty of guinne hen and squab to enjoy.Wild Turkeys line the parkway with geese in tow enjoying the last of the tender sprouts of summer.
Yes we are entering Game season!!!!
Bring it on
