| Hey folks , here are the holidays again and its a busy time of year for all of us who enjoy preparing good food. What do you have in mind as far as your menus are concerned for Thanksgiving , Christmas and New Years ? We can really get some good ideas here as there is a lot of talent on this web site . I work at a small hospital and I will be doing about 300 meals ( Patients and Staff ) for each of these holidays. My administrator wants me to stay close to tradition so for Thanksgiving I am doing Roast Turkey , Cornbread Dressing , Dirty Redskin Mashed Potatos , Giblet Gravy , Green Bean Amandine , Assorted Dinner Rolls , Cranberry Sauce , Finished with Pumpkin Pie Topped with Whipped Cream. Christmas will be Roast Prime Rib Au Jus , Vegetarian Lasagna , Twice Baked Potatoes , Stir Fried Vegetable Medly , Relish Trays , Assorted Dinner Rolls , Relish Trays , and a Medly of Cheesecakes. I have not thought about New Years yet so maybe I can get pick up somthing from one of you . Thanks for all your tips and Happy Holidays . ![]()
