We found a recipe for roasting kale a while ago.
You remove the stems, sprinkle the leaves lightly with EVOO and toss to coat, sprinkle with sea salt, spread on a cookie sheet, put in a 325 degree oven, and -I've forgotten the suggested time, sorry - until they are crisp. (It wasn't very long.)
The leaves become as crisp as potato chips, and very good indeed!
I would have never thought of it!
