Default Green Oranges

This afternoon I spent a few hours in the back yard, and on my way in grabbed a green (unripe) orange from the tree. Upon tasting the fruit, it tasted remarkably lemon-like, with a nice hint of orange to it. I may try using some green oranges in place of lemons in a few dishes.

Has anyone used green oranges in their cooking? How did you use them?
