So I am learning my way around our new espresso maker and I think I have a good crema going and it is 20-25 seconds to pull the 2oz shot.
Yes yes I know Boar_d_laze I am sure it isn't perfect but not bad for a beginner.

Looks very nice. I'd like to see what the wet puck looks like in the portafilter after the shot's been drawn. It appears that your coffee might be a bit too fresh from the roaster -- you should get a little less crema but a better taste tomorrow.
I doubt I could have done any better. Again: Looks very good.
