I want to make ice cream with liquid nitrogen.

Does anyone know where I can buy in the New York area for a small supply for cooking purposes ? I know I would need a special container too.

Don't particularly want to trawl around welding and medical supplies stores but wondered if anyone, chef or cook, knew of a specialist cooking place ?
