Default 4th of July menu

Hey guys! Just drawing up a little menu here for a 4th of July party I'm putting together and I was hoping to get your opinions on how successful it might be. I'm open to suggestions, but really I'm just seeing if it makes your mouth water, lol. This is the first party like this I've thrown, so I'm really hoping it goes over well!

Deviled Eggs with Relish… A classic deviled egg with paprika and sweet pickle relish. Garnished with pimentos and sweet gherkin pickles
Classic Potato Salad… A cool potato salad with dill, red onion and tangy whole grain mustard
Pigs in a Blanket… Fresh ground sausage wrapped in a flaky pastry shell and baked until golden brown
Brendon’s BBQ Chicken Sandwiches… BBQ-marinated chicken sandwiches garnished with crispy lettuce, red onion and vine ripe tomatoes
BBQ Ribs… Your choice of fire-grilled honey BBQ ribs or tender dry rubbed ribs. Served with buttery, sweet corn on the cob
Summer Sheet Cake… Fluffy, white sheet cake smothered with a whipped pineapple and cherry pudding

Sounds like a menu I would definately enjoy. Maybe a chilled watermellon or fruit salad for those who may want a lighter dessert?

Yeah I was thinking about busting out the ol' melon baller. haha. Thanks though, I'm really looking forward to it. I mocked the menu up already in the style of the declaration of independence with a similar font and I'm going to print it out on parchment paper and roll the menus up and tie them with some kitchen twine for each guest.

Try injecting the watermelon the day before with a suitable liquor or vodka. Menu sounds good.

I am keeping it simple this year:

Pulled pork with the classic Carolina vinegar/ketchup sauce
Smoked chicken wings
Deviled eggs (haven't decided on a recipe yet)
Slaw with a creamy mayo/milk dressing
Homemade baked beans (I have posted the recipe before but if someone wants it I will post it again, its loaded with bacon and uses jarred white beans instead of dried)
Sweet corn
No-bake cheesecake
Watermelon
Smores when it gets dark, I have a fire ring in the yard for a bonfire.
