Post King Arthur Flour

I have been ordering baking related items from kingarthurflour.com for a while .... this last order (maybe packed during a Christmas rush) was received..well..not of the best quality. A beaker measuring cup box was crushed, and the 200th Anniversary King Arthur Flour cookbook was kind of a mess, like the printing on top had smeared. I dropped them an email expecting to be told to return the items to via mail (hassle) and was told no problem..keep them...replacements were on the way.

Just thought I'd mention the good customer service of this company.

Seattle Deb,

Just in case you didn't know, Trader Joe's which is in our area carries King Arthur flour.

King Arthur carries great products. It's good to hear how well you were treated.

Has anyone been to their store? It's in Norwich, VT and really worth checking out if you're in the area.

We have ordered several things (cook ware and foods)and have been well pleased. They have a no-hassle policy. Great company. You can't go wrong. Down home folks!

A really great company to work with!!! Everything I've ordered has been exceptional and I love that they charge S&H by the total weight of your items and not a dollar amount as do other catalogs, I don't feel like I'm getting ripped off!! Plus their catalog always has great recipes!

Will King Arthur ship through U. S. Mail and not via UPS? UPS is impossible in our town--they leave stuff out in the rain. I'd love to try KA's products.
