Default Cheese Please

Does anyone have good ideas to plate up certain cheese on a cheese board or easy, recipes to go with serving for a small get together with wine? I'm not looking for anything heavy, just a snick snack. I saw one recipe with bleu cheese, honey infused with rosemary drizzled over this. Sounds tasty, contemplating whether or not to try or if there's better out there?

They have a lot of cheese menus Hope you'll find a good one for your party!
