 Same is true for filled dumplings, I find. Every country has its version: wontons (Well the Chinese are the masters), kreplachs, pierogies, ziti, etc...      |

| This is bad, I know. We're at a cooking site but, the most known pasties are those the strippers wear. Ask this question to passers by on a street corner in Chicago and that's what you'll hear. |

| Greg, this cheese place was on the highway between Wausau and Edgar, of all places. It was on the south side of the road, if I remember correctly. Good luck! It was great cheddar, very memorable.  |
