Huntington or Huntingdon sauce? HELP!!!!

Can anybody help me find a recipe or somebody who knows a recipe for "Huntington or Huntingdon sauce"? I used it years ago in culinary school and now I can't seem to find it anywhere. HELP!!!!!

hunters sauce?

I am not sure what it is you are looking for. hunter sauce is demi baced with a tomato base
