 Meat Science & Muscle Biology Hi, i just wanted to recommend a site for you who are interested in food science. The Univeristy of Illinois provides a very good and lengthy online lesson in Meat Science: http://www.ansci.uiuc.edu/meatscienc...s/lesson1.html enjoy the scientific side of our ground beef!  |
