Yes. It's for my manager function in my quantities class. Butternut squash soup, 88 servings. And I can't put 33 cups of squash on the order form.

How much time does it take to drive 33 miles?

Your equation is missing a key information: the volume of the butternut squashes you're using. Once you know how many cups one squash yields, you can resolve your equation.

You need to ask your instructor for a couple moments with him/her to explain how to yield. If you do not know how much weight/volume 1 butternut yields then you need to learn it.This is the case for any recipe you need to convert. You also should refer to the base recipe in your book and see the volume yield. Hopefully you have already been taught about weights and measures.Lets say your recipe yields 32 fluid onces, what is the portion size? It's really just rudimentary math. But you must do the homework, not us. Good luck
