Default Ukrainian food

Hello, I am doing the food for my cousin's daughter's wedding. It will be next October, so I have plenty of time. They want me to incorporate Ukrainian food into the basic menu. I haven't been impressed with sites that I've looked at so far. Could anyone give me some ideas, keeping in mind that I am only one person, there are going to be 150 guests, and I'll be working in an unfamiliar kitchen. There won't be a lot of prep time because of a small amount of at home food storage space. Thank you
