Thumbs up Have you ever seen Thai Fruit and Vegetable Carvings, just incredible!

There is a Thai woman named Sophie Albright (married to an American, I guess) and she does the most incredible work. I had the pleasure of meeting her this New Years, while helping on the Thai Airway float for the Rose Parade. She teaches at the Thai Temple in Sherman Oaks, and at her own floral shop. 100 bucks donation to the Thai temple gets you in. What a steal! Guess it's got to wait till I'm done with my last Cake Deco course.

Have you ever done catering in large numbers? The reason I was asking is, Warner Brothers in Burbank is taking applacations for the pastry department.

No Smile

Thanks for the thot! Yes, I have cooked/planned, catered for large numbers. That would be an incredible experience! The only bummer is that I can't work full time, and we are moving in the summer to Florida! Eeeek!
