| What are the 10 items you'll always have in your frig or pantry? I guess mine are heavy cream. butter,sugar,flour,garlic,pasta,chicken,fresh basil,eggs,cocoa.Well , okay, maybe your favorite 20 items. I was just getting started. |

Chocolate would have to be on my list too, along with ginger, garlic, olive oil, bread flour, black beans, tomatoes, kosher salt, asian pears, vanilla beans, artichoke hearts, spinach, spring roll wrappers, carrots, potatoes, lettuce, vegetable stock,...............you said 10? oops.

| Olive oils, viniagers, shrooms...morels, porcini, black trumpets, etc...., chicken and beef stock/demi, garlic, onions, fresh herbs, cream, milk, mucho butter, cheeses....parmesan reg, 5 year Gouda, and then some softer ones...chevre, mozz, etc..., jams, great breads, veg asst. depending on season, gosh many shapes of pasta and always truffle honey, truffle oil.....eggs, bacon... yep that sounds like the standards....course I didn't type in the stuff in the pantries. |

| LOL I love Kimmie's list! I write this with a Dove's choco heart (from my sons) melting in my mouth. I dont care how little they cost compared to other chocolates, Dove is my fave. My 10 items: shallots/onions/garlic potatoes cheeses eggs bacon chicken fresh bread olive oil/butter salad greens & veggies, mushrooms and lemons sour cream I could get by on all that for a good while.

| Top ten: 1. mustards (at least 3 kinds at all times) 2. homemade BBQ sauce 3. Homemade apple butter 4. Beer (usually 2-4 kinds) 5. champagne 6. Hungarian sausage and salami 7. Cheese (a variety from cheap shredded store bought, to aged gouda, cabrales, etc. 8. ketchup (sorry but it is a must have at my house) 9. yogurt 10. Iced tea |

| Wow, this is weird - I was thinking of this yesterday, but didn't get around to posting the question!!! 1. Chiles - all types, fresh, canned, dried and frozen 2. Canned tomatoes - my own, plus a few brand names 3. Cheese - all ways, shapes, forms 4. Eggs 5. All the oriental stuff - shoyu, mirin, ponzu 6. olive oil 7. Variety vinegars 8. Rice - all kinds 9. Beans - all kinds 10. Fishies - all kinds Oh...........I have to stop?
