Post Looking for some advice from the pros

I am graduating from a culinary management program this month and I have been offered a position in Hyatt's culinary management trainee program out of Chicago. It is a 62 week program and 75% of the time is spent in the kitchen. I am looking for input--do you think it is an opportunity I should take advantage of?

Thank you for your input. I needed some reassurance. I have had so many opportunities presented to me I was having a hard time making a decision. Again, I appreciate the advice.
