My name is Natacha and I'm a French student specialised in tecnical translation. I'm currently working on a small dictionnary about waffles. Thus, I'm looking for the definition of "dough piece", which is a lump of dough. Can someone please help me?? It's very important!!

Perhaps you can put the words "dough piece" in a sentence so that we can figure out the context in which it is being used. I'm accustomed to saying piece of dough rather than dough piece when I refer to a lump of dough. And of course, depending on what I'm making (or the size of the waffle iron), this piece of dough can be any size.
