Default May Event

What a project!!!! i've been putting together an event this past two weeks....16 chefs, beer, wine, bread, coffee, tea, live music, food donations, logistics of tables and seating....lining up PR....lining up food donations and finding out exspenses on non-donated projects.
So.....now I'm down to lining up rentals, looking for paper products (how many plates would you use for 16 apps???? You know I've done alot of projects but this one is a big one!!!!
As we get further along I'lll type out what everyone is doing.
Anyone ever done one ? Experiences? My goal is 300 paying bodies at $50 per.

hey Shroomgirl,

What exactly are you doing?

Is this a farmers market event? a program to highlight local chefs?

I'm a tad confused..(normal) as to what you are asking.

A catered event? are you looking for actual numbers as far as tableware is concerned?

Do you need help?

4) country pate
5) American artisinal cheeses
6)I'm sure charcuterie

Unhappy

Dear Shroom,

I wish I could make it out again this year, but it's not in the stars.

I would like nothing more than to play around with you and your chef friends in your market.

May has turned into a crazy month at work, but I send you a sincere CT Yankee GOOD LUCK
