| Hello! First of all, thank you very much for your previous help. I desesperatly look for the definition of "chocolate drops" and an information : does a chocolatier buy chocolate in blocks or slab? What is the exact words? Thank you very much. |

| I would suggest trying two commercial web sites for pictures and descriptions: Guittard Chocolate Company, large manufacturer of commercial chocolate products in the U.S. Qzina Specialty Foods, a large distributor in the U.S. and Canada. Download their catalog in PDF format. I hope these help. |
