 French Markets Those of you who have been following my web site for a while know that the reason I started it was to attempt to dispell some of the many myths about French food, and related subjects, that seem to be ever present in America. This month's article is about markets in France. Not the quaint street markets written about by travelers, but the real markets more than four-fifths of french purchases are made.      |
