| Liesa M, I'm going to assume that this is open to all, especially those from the Lone Star State. I'm sure that there is a dish or item that you have altered enough to your taste that is far enough away to say your not copying something. I'm thinking the only original cook/chefs here, that were around before recipes, are Chefs like CC and Jim. The rest of us youngsters had to follow something |

| The contest is still in the works. There have been some unforseen difficulties/communications gaps, however, we are still moving forward and ask that everbody enjoy the anticipation rather than skewer it. Thanks!
