| But this is great news, Alexia! The low or no-fat stuff DOES taste like paste (as Molly Jong-Fat says in the article about her diet dessert of choice). So if real ice cream doesn't have that much more fat (and probably less sugar), why not actually enjoy the treats you choose to indulge in? Oh boy! ![]()

| Even better news if you're concerned about cholesterol: it may not help with calories, but sorbet generally has NO fat. |
