I've read the new proposals.

Here in Colorado I purchase my flour from the Rocky Mountain Milling company in Platteville located just north of Denver. Last year the mill's representative told me that "organic" meant nothing man-made added to the soil for a minimum of 3 years. Just an FYI. Today it seems that I'm full of FYI's!
