Red face Fudge ideas

Over the last month, while on Winter break from the sorority, I've made about 50 lbs of fudge. I eventually came up with a nice batch of maple candy by eliminating the cocoa and adding maple extract. What a delightful surprise. I am wondering if anyone has any other variations of the fudge recipe, such as adding coffee, or mint. I already know about the peanut butter, etc. I welcome any new ideas. Thank you in advance. My adult kids and grandkids are eating it as fast as I can make it. Not I though. It's okay. They're all skinny.

You been to Skaarup's fudge page?

Mmmm, fudge. I've never managed to make it, though. No successful batches ever; one successful yeast bread in my life. Some things in the kitchen defeat me.

Default Thank you, Rose

That is a great page! I think I made fudge 100 times before I mastered it. It seems to be a very temperamental candy. It's now easy for me. I hope you try it again and have good luck. Patience seems to be the key.
