Hey, I'm all about peace! Just having some fun; if I'm out of line, I do apologize to everyone. I guess it wouldn't be the first time! I'm just frustrated 'cause I haven't figured out how to upload a good photo, and 'cause the Raiders got Whooped. Well, OK, slow roasted barley in an oven sounds good, if you watch it and shake it now and then. For small quantities though, I still like using a good ol' iron skillet, most sheet pans tend to be aluminum and I don't think the heat is as even. Of course, I still like making popcorn on a stovetop too. Maybe I'm just a control freak The bottom line is, toasted nuts and grains are Goooood!
