| Remember, though, that this is the FANCY Food Show. This is the stuff you'll find in "Gourmet Gifte Shoppes," all done up in fancy packages and ribbons and baskets, not necessarily on the shelves of your local corner store. |

| I had a review from a collegue in SF who went to this show and came back with a probably worse review that I had of ours here in NYC. I seem to remember going to this show years ago and found in lacking in practical restaurant application, but that it was fun to go to in terms of samples
