| A little while ago I ran across truffle paste. It was the processed truffle peels into a paste, but now I cannot locate any. Has anyone out there run across any of this wonderful stuff? Thanks. |

| Chefbk, I typed "truffle paste" in at www.google.com and found plenty of links for both black and white truffle paste. Give it a whirl!
