Confused Your personal "comfort food" - ?

When you're really feeling down and out, what food (or foods) do you indulge in?

I personally am very interested in whatever responses I get from this question, as I find it intriguing that while people are certainly capable of producing fabulous artistic culinary creations, they usually turn to the basics when searching to satisfy their own soul.

For me, it has to be macaroni and cheese. Classic.

Though I have many comfort foods, many of which I have described on here, the one I turn to when I am really feeling down or blue is a Grilled Cheese with Chocolate Milk. It is my true pick-me-up. Though a pint of Ben & Jerry's Cherry Garcia can work wonders for the soul!!!

I love the good old bacon, eggs and toast.
It can be either breakfast lunch or dinner

Tongue

My comfort food would have to be a Grilled cheese sandwich. Nothing makes my day better than that!

If anyone of you have been to Atlanta or live there. You may know what I am talking about, but nothing beats The Varsity. Two chili cheese slaw dogs, onion rings, frosted orange, and fried peach pie.
MMMMMMMMM!
I go home at the end of this month. I can't wait.
