Default RIP Fred

Although not a real baker, but a charactor actor, Michael Vale will always be remembered fondly as "Fred the Baker" and Momoregs real life inspiration for going into the bake shop!
Take a rest Fred no more making the donuts (Seriously, I am not being disrespectful)

Vincent Schiavelli just died too. He was a character actor, but wrote 3 cookbooks and did a good run on Cucina Amore with Nick Stellino on growing up Italian American and it's cooking.

I never knew Schiavelli wrote cookbooks!

I'll always remember him as Dr. Kaufman in my favorite James Bond Film "Tomorrow Never Dies."

I am a psychotic James Bond fan and have what I call my "James Bond Room", with numeorus signed photos from actors from all of the James Bond movies. I have an unsigned photo of Pierce Brosnam and Schiavelli, (Dr. Kaufman). It's the point in the scene where Bond is about to shoot him.

Chrose, you are so funny! I never did get to work for Dunkin' Donuts, but you're right about Fred being my inspiration!!
