Tongue hello everybody

A great big hello to everybody. I've been absent it seems quite awhile now. Just doing my rehab thing and just trying to get my brain and body back into a semi well oiled machine. Things are falling back into place slowly and some of the apathy is going away and interests are starting to return. I hope everybody is well. Momoreg I trust the feet are getting better all the time. Nicko, CapeChef all my fine food friends out there I hope all is well with you. I myself am looking forward to getting back on my skates and playing a little hockey as soon as the doc. gives me the ok!
Now I need a little help from you. I have a post on cooks corner for food grade silicone molds. Take a look and help me out here. I will be in touch. Nice to see everybody!

Oops, lest I forget:
GO SABRES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was just wondering about you the other day. I hope you stop by more often, now that your mind and body are improving. Now let me check that other post...

Nice to hear from you again.
