Post Stress Diet

STRESS DIET
A special formulated diet designed to help people cope with stress that builds up during the day.
BREAKFAST:
1 grapefruit
1 slice whole wheat bread
1 cup skim milk

LUNCH:
Small portion of lean, steamed chicken
1 cup spinach
1 cup herbal tea
1 Hershey's Kiss

AFTERNOON TEA:
The rest of the Kisses in the bag
1 tub Hagen Daas Ice Cream with chocolate chip topping

DINNER:
4 bottles red wine
2 loaves garlic bread
1 extra-large Supreme Pizza
4 Snicker Bars

LATE NIGHT SNACK:
Whole frozen Sara Lee cheesecake (eaten directly from the freezer)

and remember STRESSED spelled backward is DESSERTS.

That is exactly the diet I am on....except that I skip the breakfast and lunch part to save on calories.

Sounds good to me! How about a few "blender drinks" to warm the soul? Where do they fit in? A nice pina colada or some other smoothie with a little, no, a lot of rum? Sounds like breakfast to me. Who has time to make breakfast? Just throw in in the blender and drink it on your way to work!

I'm sensitive to sulfites, can I subsitute vodka for the red wine?
