OK I'll play....this is not the menu I would normally do....that ground pork was tough.
Whose House supplies?
chicken liver pate with cognac and shallots and of course butter
salad greens with goat cheese and Frnch dressing using the (gag) ketchup
a layered sorta kinda casserole thingy I'm not happy with....
carrots, potatoes thinly sliced
and layered with shrooms and cooled cooked ground pork seasoned with spices and herbs
tomatoes throen in for good measure
topped with bechemel and baked
Dessert a kugel with the spaghetti and cream, sugar, candied lime zest
raspberry coulies and whole out of season organic raspberries
I'll continue thinking of the main course....not really happy with that. |
