| | | | OK, so I'm new here I took quite a bit of time "lurking" and posted a couple of little "throw-away" items to test the water.
Been burned by TWO food boards and this is a real scary thing to try my third and final time.
I am a Cordon Bleu grad . . . owned 11 restaurants at one time . . . am now a construction manager (I build high rise buildings) but considering a venture back into food.
I have been a "personal live-in chef" and now am the only cook in my home (my wife is stuck after 'toast' -- while that is supposed to be funny it is actually true).
All that I ask is when my ego slips out-of-control someone simply mention it.
Thanks,
Tee
