I walked into work this morn and made what my sous chef calls Energetico.I turned him onto it a couple of months ago. I simply go into the walk-in and chop up what ever fruit I can find. This A.M. I used pineapple, banana, oranges, and raisins. You mix the fruit up with some plain yogurt and the cereal of your choice. This mornings cereal was granola. The rule in the kitchen is whom ever makes it, they make enough for everyone in the kitchen.

A cup of pea soup, a aple and a pear, a piece of low fat raspberry almond coffeecake that I made earlier. Too tired to cook dinner.

Made myself a nice bowl of grapenuts and sliced a banana on top...then discovered we're out of milk, was going to have toast but we're out of bread, then eggs..you guessed it. It's about time for a grocery run around this house.
