Talking My ultimate coffee

I thought I would tell you of my ultimate coffee. In a 6oz glass fill just past half way with a good espresso coffee, gently add a splash of cold milk then place the glass on a doyleed saucer, add a teaspoon of sugar but don't stir!
When drinking, sip the crema on top, rich and creamy, then slowly sip the dark bitter coffee, finally near the bottom of the glass the bitterness of the coffee will fall away and become sweet, the last mouthfull will be finished with the crunch of the undisolved crystals laying in wait at the bottom.
Follow these directions and you will end up in heaven,I promise.
Regards peter

Oh that’s a good one… let’s see, my ultimate coffee is more of a *whole* experience.
I drive over to the San Ramon Marketplace and pick up a fresh baked muffin at Whole
Foods. Then I stop in next door at Peets Coffee, order a non fat double latte caf, grab a paper and sit back and breath.

Cool

MY ULTIMATE COFFEE EXPERIENCE:

The alarm goes off at 4:15am. At the same time I hit the Snooze button, I start the IV drip of Cafe Sperl into my left arm. When the snooze goes off in 10 minutes, I am wide awake and ready to role.

The first cup has to have cream and sugar, preferably mixed by someone else and handed over before you've had a chance to get out of your pajamas...to bad it seldom happens -- I'm the coffee maker!

As much as i like a good espresso, ultimate cup for me is freshly brewed black arabic coffee with cardamon. My boyfriend buy a small amount every week in an anciant shop at the old city of jerusalem.
Making good arab coffee is an art not to be taken lightly, but he's good and learning. Every morning i wake to a hot aromatic cup he makes. Heaven!

I would have to say my best coffee is a fresh cup of Greek coffee with a nice frothy head on it (called kaimaki in Greek). Especially after I have finished a great Greek meal.

I also like the coffee with cardom, I have had it in a Turkish restaurant before and thought it was wonderful

My ultimate coffee is a nice cup of freshly brewed hazelnut coffee with heavy cream and a lump of brown sugar. Ahh what a flavor.

Any freshly roasted french roast or full city roast with turbinado sugar and cream (I'm fortunate enough to live across the street from a coffeehouse that roasts their own beans!).

Peets coffee is my favorite, too. But I brew it a home. We don't have one close enough to either home or office, so I have to order. FYI- you'll be interested to know that they have this thing on their website called "coffee freshness week" and if you click on the link you can enter to win free coffee.
