Cool Iron Chef

Did you guys get to watch the "Iron Chef in America" tv show? WOW. That show was awesome. I enjoyed the the 1st hour introduction where everything was promoted so perfectly. The competition was intense! Bobbly Flay's scallops looked really good, but Iron Chef Morimoto showed why he is that good ahh.

Time magazine did a great piece on the match between Flay and Morimito. Did you see the one episode where the chef used the ablone shell to filet the fish. It really was unbelivable.

Flay is the man, I thought he was the Victor of the match.

Cool

when the judges were speaking about the dishes, it really seemed like flay was going to win. he was being praised for everything he did. it also surprised me a bit when the iron chef came out victorious. I really liked that dish that flay made, the one with the scallops in it. What a great show "Iron Chef in NY" was!

I think what really hurt Flay in the end was a few mistakes that he made like cutting himself in the begining, and did you see the part where he shocked himself really bad? I felt bad for him, it can be pretty tough cooking in an unfamiliar kitchen. On top of that there are like a million cameras all over the place.

Anyone know who the next american chef will be in the iron chef match up?

Question

Just caught the show for the first time the other day. The dubbing of the voices is the best part. How can I get a job doing that!
