CookM,
To be honest I probably knew Ian because we all hung at the same clubs and played amongst the same musicians as Minor Threat but I really can't remember him all that well.
Palmier with all due respect the song is
"You can tune a piano, but you can't Tuna Fish" but still good job!
And I just remembered today Cinnamon Girl - Neil Young, and "Apples, Peaches Pumpkin Pie" by I can't remember who. Peaches and Herb, Angus Young of AC/DC
Corky and the Juice Pigs!

I can't believe we forgot the tune "Jam On it" from the 80's.

Palmier, I've heard of the Beat Farmers, somehow, somewhere.
Wait! I found two more songs:
"Blueberry Rhyme" on a Herbie Hancock cd
"Hot Sauce" John Patton

Also, there is a band called the Red Hot Skillet Lickers in San Francisco.
