Marinated Foie Gras with Grand Marnier....inebriate duck imbibe yourself kill duck (or goose) and cook .....

What's been missing in this thread is the Cajun injector stuff.....you shot your turkey full of spicy mix with a huge syringe...before deep frying....deep fried turkey is really moist not greasy or nasty. except the skin........

Let me see, my first thought was a duck but it doesn't have knees. Then I thought about the turduckens but it doesn't have any knees. Then I had a epiphany and I knew it was the right answer. There it is:
