My Favorite was and still is is fudgesickles. My favorite ice cream is Chacolatte Mint that a friend of mine makes. In stores soon.

I dig the grape ones but if I had a choice between that and a fudgesicle, I'd go for the latter.

I used to love the root beer ones. My favorite ice cream on a stick is also a fudgsicle, Chef David. If we're branching out to ice cream, I vote for good old Wisconsin frozen custard with lots of fudge, pecans and caramel swirled through.

This past summer the local grocery store was getting rid of their stock of Tropicana Orange Juice Bars as I think Tropicana was coming out with a new type. It seemed I was the only one buying them so I just ate 'em up yum! Awesomly refreshing and great to puree with fruit as a quick smoothie!

I loved the blue popsicles (is "blue" a flavor?). More recently, Choco Tacos or anything made by Ben and Jerry.

Ooooh, Ben & Jerry's Triple Caramel!! And there's a place in Stone Harbor NJ that has a killer Almond Joy ice cream.

My favorite home-made is vanilla bean. Even though chocolate is my favorite food group (just a notch above pasta), I'm finding recently that I enjoy really good vanilla just about as much.

Oh yeah kinda on this note, I was asked to develop and teach a children's class on ice cream and pops....3years-high school pick the age group...5 days 2 1/2 or 5 hours....
or the 2 week session....
Ice cream, sorbet, pops, toppings, crumblies, pies, bombes, cones.....sounds like fun huh?
Think I'll punt the babies I don't like changing other people's children's diapers if I can help it....and their attention span for 2 1/2 hours is exhausting.

Pink maybe was cherry? I was always curious about the blue . . . snowballs are very big here in the summertime, and I've seen the blue ones touted as blueberry, licorice and some sort of weird tropical stuff. I've seen kosher snowballs, too. Obviously, the flavors were kosher and the equipment was kept kosher, but my sick mind kept thinking "gefilte fish," "tsimmes" and "latke." Maybe with sour cream or applesauce sauces for the last one?

C'mon, shroomgirl, what's your favorite popsicle flavor? Chanterelle? Morel? Ah! Gotta be hen of the frozen woods!
