Post MasterChef Patrick Clark

hi guys! I'm doing a presentation on Patrick Clark. So far, I haven't found as much information about this world renowned chef as I would have like to. If you knew Chef Clark personally or know any information about him, please tell me. Any postings would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The NY Times did some great articles on him right before his death when he was hospitalized he cooked his own food....
I'd check the Times archives. Didn't James Beard House do a Patrick Clark reunion dinner?

I never met Chef Patrick Clark, but I was an admirer of his. He used to guest on the Food Channel a lot. I used to tape several of his shows. I loved his style of cooking. It was sad that he died so young, he was only 42. He died while waiting for a heart transplant that might have saved his life. Too Sad! I went to a restaurant here in Cincinnati that honored his memory by having on their menu several of his signature dishes that earned Patrick Clark his reputation for fine cooking. The restaurant offered the cookbook that Patrick Clark always wanted to do. Charlie Trotter put together about sixty of Partrick's signature dishes that he used to prepare when he worked at The Tavern On The Green in NYC. Also, in this cookbook are recipes from his colleagues who help contribute by providing recipes to this cookbook in tribute to this lovey man. The proceeds of the sale of this cookbook go to benefit the Patrick Clark Family Trust, a nonprofit fund created to assist in the education and support of Clark's five children. I believe you can order his cookbook through any fine bookstore. I love mine, and I will cherish it always. He was a big man with a big smile. He will be missed! Pj
