[Headless Chicken]

Canuks are celebrating Thanksgiving today, October 8.

I did a dinner yesterday for family. Post Roast beef, turkey, spaghetti squash, stuffing from a box (they insisted not making it from scratch). Aunt cooked up some baked crab and a bean sprout stir fry. Finished it off with a pumpkin pie I stole from work and a 4 inch thick apple pie I made.

My husband is Canadian and since he couldn't be at home in Ontario, we celebrated Canadian Thanksgiving with family and friends here..had all the traditional food..good food, good friends. That's what it is all about...Happy Thanksgiving to all!
