Smile Where Should I Post This?

Hiya!

I'm new here and have posted a few topics all ready .... looking for a not too sweet frosting, but would like to get pastry chef's opinion on a new product I've designed and created.

They're called Cakeadoodles, and they sit on top of a cupcake or cake and hold the candles. I've all ready sold some through Etsy.com, and to family and friends ... and am working on designing the packaging.

I'm also in process of copyrighting the name. Now all I need is a few professional opinions ... but not sure where to post that, to get views and replies.

I did post it in the 'professional pastry chef' area, and have only had one response . .. so I'm thinking that's the wrong place.

Would somebody direct me please? :-)

Thank you,
Cakey

I say go to an edible medium.
It doesn't have to tast good, just not harmful, like elmers glue. non toxic.
I would be interested in something like fondant, marzipan etc.
Pan
I really do better with things that don't look like their made to perfect.
