Thanks for all the Birthday greetings everyone!!!!! Unfortunately, I worked all day, but found time for a couple of Guinness after work. Heading to Wisconsin Dells early part of next week to take some time off and celebrate at one of the indoor waterparks. Haven't had much time since opening the new restaurant (sportsbar & grill). Pretty much been 7 days a week, 10-16 hours a day since the beginning of December, but I had Christmas day off! Kitchen staff is finally coming together after a rocky start, and losing many due to legal status. So now it's time to relax, take a few days off, and spend some time with my 15 month old daughter. Thanks again!!!!
