I let the kids stay up until after 10 pm to see it. They were more excited about seeing the triangle formed by the moon, Regulus, and Saturn than the actual eclipse.
I tried to take pics but my camera just isn't strong enough for something that far away.
It was beautiful! We had a very clear night and no light pollution to obstruct the view because we had a power failure at 9:00 PM local time. (The furnace couldn't run, and the temperature was zero F last evening )

We live in the southwest, where if we see a cloud, we say it must be lost. But last night, unfortunately, we had too much cloud cover to see all but a very small portion of the eclipse. The next one we will be able to see will occur in about 3 years.
We had a beautiful unencumbered eastern night sky last night and watched the moon go from a full white moon to the orange disc. As it moved across the sky in a southernly direction, it actually formed a "cross", which I imagine were Regulus, Saturn, the moon and I think the planet Venus. Nothing else was visible due to the lights from the "big twin cities".
Had a great view of it here where I am in Wisconsin. Too cold to stay out the entire time to watch it, but I was out looking at it every 15 to 20 minutes. Great show!!!
