Default technical help please

I'm now getting all cheftalk correspondence sent to my spam mail and as a total technophobe, I have no idea how to put this right.
I get about 50-100 ads for viagra, penis enlargements and dud rolex watches every day and trawling through that lot to find real emails is a drag.
Any ideas??

Cant you put cheftalk onto your contacts so it will go right to your inbox and not in with the "problem ads" as i call them.
There should be a place on the mail taht says "add contact" or somthing this way it should go to your inbox.

Your mail client (program) should have an option to unspam cheftalk.

My personal emails are with yahoo.co.uk by the way. Is that what you were asking me RPMcmurphy?

I'll give it a go in the morning. I appreciate the help
