Hey Tessa - keep on keeping on - it's great to hear you are so busy. That step you took is leading you on a great path when you decided to go back to study hey?

yeah this is so true , i cant beleive im coming up to the last semester of t his course , My course finishes in september then i have a few months off and am really hoping to get in to a hotel to work in the patisserie section , and then start off the next course in feburary next year.
i have my regional competition next weekend and then the national comps end of august
so have been so full on with the training, been putting in long hours etc.
i have been averaging about 20 hours a week in training plus studying full time and working about 21 hours a week, my wonderful man has been so supportive even though he has been seeing less of me. Once this comp is over next week i will post a picture for you of what i have been doing

Hey Tessa,
Best of luck with the competition - I reckon with the amount of drive you have, you'll do well I'm really glad you have support at home too, that is a really big bonus which can't be under-rated. Just give him extra hugs even when you are worn out from it all - it'll be worth it.

Go forward and take no prisoners!
