Good Grief Shel, that's an eyeopener!
I honestly had never looked at craig'slist--guess I though it was another e-bay type thing.

In 2004 eBay acquired a 25% stake in Craig's List. However, the way the list operated did not change, and it's still pretty much as it had been pre-eBay.

Craig's List can offer some great bargains or a great place to advertise your own bargains. I have used it quite often.
