Default I have hit the motherlode!!!

I'm sitting in a hotel room in Marshall, Minnesota. Today we attended my wife's family gathering. Guess what Heidi's cousins and uncles do? They are farmers. One of them does lamb and one does beef. Her uncle is conservation farmer of the year!

So I'm sitting here wondering why we've never made the trip out here before. Mmmmm.... I feel like a kid in a candy store!!!

This one is going next. The brisket is "filled out."

That animal would look better on a plate. I am glad you have found the mother load though. Glad you had a good time with the family.

Lots of good beef, pork, etc in this part of MN. I am about 30 miles NW of Marshall and I buy organic beef from a producer over by Montevideo.
